ALL ORDERS ARE Dropped to USPS ON WEDNESDAYS OR FRIDAYS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SEPARATE PACKAGING
If you placed an order more than once under the same shipping address, name and contact information, please send an email to email@example.com, or add in the notes your order number and please specify that your order needs to remain separated and not packaged together. Please do so as soon as you’re done placing your orders.
Shipping prices are automatically determined by the United States Postal Services (USPS). Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a notification via email or text message.
Orders will be delivered based upon shipping rate chosen at checkout. If your tracking number has not updated, please be aware that the carrier has your package and you need to contact them for any updates.
Once orders are shipped from LADY FLOWER LLC we are no longer responsible for any DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES, please be sure to contact USPS to file a claim so that an investigation can begin on their behalf.

When placing an order, please double check to make sure your address is correct.
If you order any of our products, keep track with the tracking number provided via email, we also encourage you to have your orders shipped to a trustworthy address or your work address.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and you will be supplied with a tracking number. Large items are packaged in sturdy boxes and small items are packaged in padded envelopes. Orders will be sent to the buyer's address.

- Priority Mail Express delivers in 7 days a week
- First-Class Mail delivers in 3 business days or less.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and you will be supplied with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items. Please Refer to the Mail carrier with your tracking information for more assistance on locating your product(s).
- Priority mail international delivers in 6-10 or 7-15 business days
You may cancel your initial order anytime within 24 hours of your original order. Processing time will start and your order will not be eligible for cancellation. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase
